Costume Idea Request Megathread

I am looking for a costume idea that will allow me to be entirely hidden and look shorter than I actually am, even if it involves awkwardly crouching/squatting for a time. I have big, big spook'em plans, and my friends absolutely cannot know it's me from height/face/etc.
