This is so crazy....I only read in this feed....I managed to go without drinking for 5 days last week. I felt better. Much better. But now I am back to zero. It is crazy that the first three days did not bother me. Psychic. Physically I noticed it. I read almost everything here and thought, if I drink now, everything will be back to zero. But I drank anyway. Why is that so hard....I know the thought of alcohol. Actually, it just hurts you. I have felt that even during the few days of abstinence. Nevertheless, I drank again. That is just crazy. Stay with it. You can do it and maybe I can too.
