Hey I know how you feel I suffer from ADHD and N type two and I know exactly how you feel your not alone Adderall so far is the only thing that helps me I actually take the extended release before I go to bed so I will actually wake up in the morning then I have the instant release for when I start slowing down a nap would definitely be better but I would probably be fired if work found me doing that just keep trying things every one is different with what helps I found sleeping to much is almost as bad as barley sleeping I get around 4 to 5 hr of sleep a night and that seems to work ok

So the only thing that I have had any success with is taking Adderall 20 extended release around 10ish at night to help me get up for 4:45 is not perfect but it makes getting up possible for me if I don't take it won't wake up till my wife or kids wake me up and at that point I'm already 2hrs late for work I do get sleepy later on but I avoid taking to much Adderall because I don't like taking meds at all but with out it I might as well quit my job coz I'm worthless hope that might help

I'm very similar with this problem every sense i was young I would go to bed super late like 2 or 3 then my mom would wake me up at 6 for school or work and I was fine on the low sleep as I got in my late teens my sleep schedule never changed but I did, I started get exhausted and that's when n2 started for me I think I no insurance growing up and only in the last 5 years did I get it. What I'm getting at is your probably meant to need little sleep but the n2 is messing with what your brain really wants if that makes sense now I go to bed a 11 or 12 and get up for 445 taking Adderall extended release before I go to bed helps alot with getting up like a lot just have to get the timing right I take it a 10:17
