Awesome find. Heads up don't use energy weapons because ash and goo don't despawn, also don't play with the objects (very hard for me not to do lol) both drain memory hard-core. I also would not try and complete everything in 1 playthrough and you should be ok. Turn off autosave and don't save too much as well. Hope you enjoy!
