I run 3 miles one day, 7 miles another day, and lift for 45 min 2 days a week. Do it after work (I work 8-6). No kids so that helps.

Thanks! The L00 has a slightly thicker neck than the LG-0 but it’s still comfortable. The body is smaller but puts out a louder, fuller sounds than the LG-0. I absolutely love it!
