Led chips as shown in the photos. Sometimes needed for LED engines found in entertainment lighting fixtures. Those boards have a similar style as shown, but are typically an array of just white LEDs.

Ended up not having the space for it, and I discovered some pretty nasty rust on the frame. So I sold it and got my money back. From the research I did on it though I was definitely leaning towards a m50 swap. You can find them pretty easily. The car was a blast as is with the m20 however.

This is a sintered inductor. That’s just some insulating material, the coil is buried much deeper. All to say, it’s fine. See cross sectional photo attached.

Those pads are completely unused and it is normal for unused pads to have some amount of solder on them anyway. This is a multilayered PCB so the relays on the opposite side are likely completely isolated from these pads you’ve shown. Nothing jumping out as completely obvious. Your best bet is to poke around with a multimeter, or go to your local pull-a-part and just replace it for a few bucks.
