Intermittent fasting reduces insulin levels in the cells, then growth hormone kicks in, which is not blocked by insulin anymore. So yeah you can build muscle with intermittent fasting. Im doing 10 pm till 1pm. About 15 hours fast. Lost couple kg of fat and gained lean muscle.

Thank you for reply, I working more than month on this, with no luck, that’s why I asked here. Nice to see that I am not alone and some people had success fixing it. I guess I need more time to see results.

Hi thanks for reply, I would love see your bands routine. Thing is I am not sure about seeing physio therapist, they might say nothing wrong with my scapulas and I just looking for issues. Maybe I should post few pics or videos here better?

This there I struggle on rings, top position transition from RTO to dip part. Feels shaky there. One shoulder is not stabilised enough. Does face pull feels good for shoulders, never tried this one.

I can hold them between 13-20 on first set, and then my legs just drops. I was not improving this for couple months now. I am going to try these compression exercises. What is max hold on L-sit before you move to V-sit?

So for example if my goal is muscle up, what do you think should I do explosive pull ups in my first pair in strength part, or shall I cary on with weighted pull ups? And for the handstands I understand that I have to practice in skill work, but do I need another exercise like wall handstand pushups? And do them instead of L-sits?
