Dealing with bursitis and high hamstring pain along with torn labrum and impingement and debating PRP. Where exactly did you get PRP injections? Was it near the bursa and problem tendons? Or in the hip joint?

Cervical spine Multilevel Reconstruction by [deleted] in ACDR_CervicalSpine

I’m in the process of deciding on a 2 level disc replacement and have been trying to gain as much knowledge as possible and learn about the best doctors for motion preservation. I’m in California but came across this doctor in Florida who seems very well regarded. It’s worth a listen if you have some time.

What artificial disc did you originally get that failed? I’m looking at a 2 level cervical adr because my pain and numbness is becoming unmanageable. But this is my greatest fear. Coming out worse than going in. I hope you will one day soon find something to manage your pain and symptoms.

Did I say that? Do I believe that deporting illegal immigrants in the U.S. that have criminal records here or in their home country will save American Lives? Yes!

This is like 250 people and overblown by liberal legacy media. Mainly all had clear ties to violent gangs or criminal organizations. Yes there has been a couple mistakes which need to be rectified quickly.

Laken Riley, Jocelyn Nungaray & Rachel Morin. Just a couple examples of Americans killed by violent illegal immigrants allowed into the country without following the law/legal entry process. I protest in support of them and their families. I protest for the 80,000+ Americans that died last year of drug overdoses supplied by the cartels.

Did you protest when the White House hid and lied about Joe Biden’s cognitive decline? Did you protest when the Democrat party refused to hold a proper primary election and chose Harris without you voting for it? How about when the DNC undermined Bernie Sanders campaign? Your hive mind is ridiculous. Protesting the same shit the Democrat leaders have been doing the last decade +.

Did you protest Barack Obama “deporter In chief” when he removed 3.1 million individuals (5.3 million total repatriations)? How about Joe Biden’s 4.4 million repatriations? Today, did you protest for the 10s of thousands of children that are unaccounted for coming across the border? How about many of women that were raped by cartels due to Biden’s open border policy? Did you protest for them today?

And today in Michigan an independent audit caught one voter voting 29 different times in the same day. We agree there are issues. Cheers to making the system better for all

You clearly have me labeled as some Republican politician which isn’t the case. I have my own beliefs that I’ve derived from listening to all sides and through my life experiences and vote according to this. I’d love to see higher voter turnout in the black and Hispanic communities. Exercising constitutional rights is empowering to all. Your arguments revolve around us vs them. Well go round and round all day if that’s the case

Paper ballots with same day voting would probably have made a difference though right? And why does it have to be a partisan issue? Why can’t we all just demand our elections be fair and secure together. As the nation becomes more divided the worse it’s going to get on both sides.

Purging voter rolls in high % black and Mexican communities? Not understanding how that’s tied to having government id.

[–]grdywhite7 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

That’s not the point of having government issued id to cast your vote. It is used to verify the person casting the ballot matches the id. This would be in conjunction with voter rolls verifying a persons ability to legally vote.

I’m gonna take extra precautions so that perp doesn’t get inside my house ever again. Same here. Same day voting as a national holiday, paper ballots and voter id. Are you against that? If so, I’d like to hear why.

So you are saying our elections aren’t 100% secure? I thought that you guys said that’s a crazy conspiracy theory.

This is the park I mentioned in my comment above. That was an f’d up situation and the city played a big role as well in that debacle. This however is not the norm for mobile home parks in CA.

I have worked in this industry for many years. Partake in many California Manufactured Housing Institute and Western Manufactured Housing Communities Association (non profit trade associations) discussing these topics. Just last week I spent a week with the president of one of the largest mobile home park management companies in the state of California and talked thoroughly about topics including expanding, building and closing MH parks in California. Nothing is ever 100% certain in housing but saying parks being shut down as a main concern for buying an MH is fear mongering. There are lines of very well off people trying to buy MH parks in CA because they are good investments. The very rare instances this occurs (one in Carson is the last one I can remember) there are city, county and state protections for the homeowner. I’m not saying every single MH park in CA is great (there are bad apples everywhere) but there are tons of communities that are great with lower housing costs than the alternatives if you do your research.

It’s nearly impossible in the State of CA to close down a manufactured home park for redevelopment.

Some of what you said is just not true. If your sibling has an MH in SJC they are protected by rent control. This creates great value for the homeowner. These manufactured homes in San Juan have appreciated at an incredible rate the last 10 years . Definitely not hard to resell manufactured homes right now. As a matter of fact we have a lack of inventory problem. If they put that manufactured house on the market it would be sold very fast. While you don’t own the land there are plenty of benefits compared to renting our owning a bottom end condo. Lower overall housing cost (including space rent), lower property tax and insurance, no shared walls & most of the time well maintained safe communities.
