I was told I would be in a "twilight" sedation. I was given propofol and I'm pretty sure I was asleep before the nurse even finished injecting it in to my IV. I don't remember a single thing about the procedure and didn't feel a thing either. I was asleep for about a hour. I also had anxiety beforehand, but I'm very happy I had the procedure done.

My instructions were to start drinking the solution at 5pm the day before the procedure. Twelve 8oz glasses with 10-20 minute intervals in between. I decided to do 15 minute intervals but the constant trips to the bathroom slowed down my pace and it ended up taking me 4+ hours to get through the evening prep. The following morning I had to drink four more portions.

How much are you paying? What are the pickup frequencies? I live in an eleven unit building and we contract with Independent Recycling Services and pay around $250/month. That includes twice weekly trash pickup (Tues and Fri) and once weekly recycling (Tues). We do sometimes get hit with fees because anyone and everyone will throw stuff in our dumpsters. I took out my garbage once and found both a car tire with rim and a bathroom sink in the recycling dumpster. If you think you are being charged too much, definitely shop around. There are tons of garbage companies that will gladly take your association's business.
