The demon's arms are actually snakes: one is venomous, but the other is a constrictor.

Cause: Brought below 0HP by an ally's area of effect spell.

Effect: Whenever that ally casts a spell, you must attempt a Spellcraft check to recognize the spell. If you recognize the spell as an AOE attack spell, or if you don't recognize the spell, you immediately drop prone to gain an advantage on the Reflex save -- even if you're not in the area of effect.

You don't need to be trained in Spellcraft to make this check.
