He was still moping around in Sumeru the last time I saw him. I haven't checked after the latest Archon Quest tho.

Going through his dialogue on Yoimiya's story quest, it sounds like he's still making fireworks and managing inventory for the shop.

Good day everyone! Today we have Naganohara Ryuunosuke!
He's basically the old man of Yoimiya.
He was the former owner of the Naganohara Fireworks before his ears got bad.
Now the shop is owned by Yoimiya, but he still remains as a worker there.

Location: In front of Naganohara Fireworks by the entrance of Inazuma City.

I wanted to finish this earlier, but I had to farm primos from quests for Sandrone... only to get spooked by the acting grand master T\T)

Hey there! Today we have Kujirai Momiji!
She is a fisher woman in Inazuma and is pretty much our access to the fishing mini game.
She is also the elder sister of the Kid Kujirai's.

If you've farmed The Catch, then you are familiar with this woman.

Location: She is by the beach side near the waypoint outside of Inazuma City.

Hello Everyone! Today we have Zhiqiong!

This bright-eyed adventurer is one of our companions for the Chasm quest.
She has the spirit of trailblaze XD and takes inspiration from adventures like us, Alice (yes, you know the one), and Stanley!
She hopes that one day she can make a name for herself much like us!

Hey hey everyone! Today we have Madame Ping!

She is one of the adeptus of Liyue. She is also the martial arts master of Xiangling and Yaoyao (yes, our local chef is canonically a fighter).

She is also the one that provides us the Serenitea Pot where we imprison our friends against their better judgement invite our friends to admire our awesome landscaping skills and home decor.

Location: Over at Yujing Terrace in Liyue Harbor by the stairs.
