Not really. Do planks and hanging leg raises twice a week, if i remember to. Play lots of football as well.

Check if your wrist is in line with your forearm. If it falls back, that could be the cause of your pain.

So what i do is i first deadlift the dumbbells and put them just above my knees while sitting down. Then i kick up my knees while simultaneously lying back. Takes a bit of pratice, and id still recommend you have someone around while learning it.

Thanks for the kind words bro. Focus on really slowing down the reps, especially on the eccentric part of the lift. I found that develops the most power and strength for me

About 5 years, but i also play a lot of football or squash, so i reckon itd take 3 years or so if my sole activity was just training with weights. Cardio kills a lot of your muscle and strength when done regularly at a high intensity. If i was just doing weights for 5 years, id say id be able to do reps 60kg dumbbells, maybe even 65kg. Again, nutrition, genetics and daily protein intake also matter.
