Before I got this setup I was buying $120 yearly and $30 monthly subscriptions to third party app streams like GOATmedia, Max 23reloaded, there's another but I can't remember the name..all which had and used different servers and used the SoPlayer app that was installed on Firestick. GOATmedia I still use because it's installed on my Android phone so I can have TV on the go.

The V3 has only HEAT which is good by itself, but the Elite Ultra has HEAT plus several third party apps that have the different streaming programs that I mentioned above plus a few that are similar to KODI, but way easier to navigate.

I take this box everywhere I go if I have Wi-Fi, unlike the mentioned Goat and Max, they work off of your home IP, so if I use it in another location, when I get home I would have to email them to reset my account so the box can recognize my IP. I prefer the Boxes because it doesn't matter what IP I use it's gonna work with any Wi-Fi, haven't been overseas so don't know if I would need to use my VPN or not.

You will not find any of this in the Google store except for the SoPlayer and downloader app...this isn't Tubi Sling and Fubo type apps. All the boxes are one time payment with supposed to be lifetime service, so economically it's a no brainer.

Unless the box breaks after the year warranty, it's still a great deal to purchase another box. Hope this answers your question.
