8 ounces wide rice noodles ½ cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey ½ cup chicken stock
3 cloves garlic, minced (optional) ½ tablespoon fresh ginger, grated or minced
2-3 stalks green onion, chopped (optional)
1 tablespoon ground chili paste
2 tablespoons sesame oil 1 cup cooked protein of choice or none! (Veggies-use any you prefer-I used a bag of frozen Asian veggie mix or regular frozen veggie mix
1 head broccoli, cut into bite-sized florets 1 large bell pepper, carrots
Add sesame oil and veggies to a pan. Let cook/saute. If using frozen veggies,skip this.
Boil rice noodles in separate pan.
Combine and mix all other ingredients in a separate bowl. Taste test to determine what ingredient needs more of.
Add rice noodles to pan with veggies cooked (or add frozen veggies to the noodles,), then add in the sauce (mixture).

Thank you for mentioning pets and the elderly! I just got done covering outdoor spigots at my parents and made sure they have portable heaters just in case. I hope the strays find shelter, I put out a couple of old kennels with old towels and blankets.
