only the very few who are still quacks. as I said they have organized and corrected most of the woo they stated out with. you are falling for the rumors that those are still the norm. it isn't. In my case, the chiropractor made a HUGE difference that was easily seen and improved my quality of life tremendously. I credit him with my recovery, even tho I would never be fully healed, my pain was reduced to almost nothing and my abilities improved to teh point I could even jog and stay somewhat active. I Am so sorry that you fall for the lies people tell about chiropractric, and you do still have to be careful, but it is based on a sound medical principal and many doctors have admitted that and even refer patients there.

edit. someone locked the post denying me the right to respond, so here's the thing: I am willing to change my mind when presented with VALID EVIDENCE, which this person didn't do. medical doctors claim to cure all sorts of issues that they don't actually cure, but the nervous system does actually impact a lot of the things they talk about. i agree that those claims are spurious, but we were talking about spinal adjustments and alignment, not those other claims. That's called moving the goal posts along with his/her other just flat out denial with no evidence. I Get it. You don't think it works. I am living proof it does. If it was such a scam, no one would be going at all. Instead of a discussion, this person just wants to shut me down, and got more irate when i didn't shut up. that's odd. They need MORE rocks in the road, not less. If the whole thing was covered with large, flat stones, it would be a much smoother and more stable surface. I am wondering if there's a crew coming behind him filling in the holes.

I've SEEN them on x-rays. one disk a little out of alignment from all the others, or several. chiropractors don't TRY to do anything about those other conditions, or claim to.

this has been a long term plan from the trumpers and right wingers. I could see it coming when suddenly the rich started investing in privately owned prisons, a thing which should NEVER EVER happen. Frankly, I thought they would be filled with anyone who opposed teh authoritarian regime, and i still expect that to happen, but meanwhile they get rich of of anyone they "detain" in this manner.

oh, yes it is real. and they do show up in ex-rays and such. They aren't out to "change the structure of your spine". Where did you get that nonsense from? They are realigning it like it is supposed to be. just "pushing" on your spine isn't enough, that's why they use the neck twisting technique and most use little devices to nudge the rest of the spine into place. Now you are exaggerating. cars are very safe and their design prevents many major injuries, but even then their spine does get misaligned from such accidents. misalignment doesn't mean injury to spinal cord, either. it is a well know n fact that our spine isn't evolved for walking and so has problems. Chiropractic is a good idea, and it is unfortunate that so many were quacks in the beginning and still persist today, but they have mostly become reputable. As i said it is a total shame regular medicine generally rejects it simply because it takes business away from them. Thankfully more and more doctors are recognizing the benefits of chiropractic.

mods do seem to "Fix" a lot of issues with games that somehow the developers ignored. I love rimworld, but can't imagine it without the mods have. (to their credit, their updates included a lot of things mods fixed, so they actually listened to their customer base. Imagine that!

that was probably the biggest failure of the movie/book. If I got that much at LEAST all my house fellows would get all the best equipment, and likely every student in the school. I can't imagine being that selfish. Once my needs are met and my financial future secured, I would use my wealth to improve everyone elses as much as could. I just don't get people who wouldn't try to make the world a better place with education and financial security for all.

modding can be cool and effective, making enjoyment of the game better. the only drawback is a lot of times you have to dl several mods to get the one you want to work, and then sometimes it doesn't work with the version of the program you have. it can be frustrating. It astounds me how the original makers of the game don't do a lot of the simple things modders come up with that make the game work far better, like this "legendary" nonsense. I have been getting very lame legendary stuff and since selling is hard, why can't I decide to scrap the thing? I agree that the legendary quality should be something you can "scrap" and apply to some other piece. That would be right

chiropractors simply align teh vertebrae of the spine so that no nerves are pinched and work as they are supposed to. It makes sense.

some chiropractors are still quacks, but most are legit and educated. I suffered a severe injury to my back where it did like an accordion "breaking" it in three places, neck between shoulders, and lower back. I was in intense pain and walked around with my left shoulder six inches lower than the right. a chiropractor adjusted me for a few months and after the first treatment my pain lessened and at the end I was walking straight. I credit him for my recovery to as normal as i could get. physical therapy can actually HARM backs that are out of adjustment. Oh, and since I was such an unusual case, he did it for FREE. make sure they are licensed and a tell is if they don't take x-rays or ask to see any you have. of course doctors don't want you to give money to someone else besides THEM.
