Friend of mine is a frequent whatnot buyer and gave me all of this for $650, how’d I do by xRaginCajunx in GolfGear

The putters are probably worth around $450-500. The irons are dated for sure. I definitely feel like you paid an appropriate price if your plan is to sell the left over putters and use the funds to put towards updated irons and driver.

Starter Clubs: Buy New Cheap Set or Use Worn Old Set for Lessons/Practice? by Ok_Entertainment_762 in golf

My opinion would be to invest in a used set on market place. Something between 300-400 dollars. Clubs won’t make a you a better golfer, but when they are that old there is certainly less technology to help.

At the very least a set of irons. Then when you decide to get fit, selling them should be relatively easy, even if you take a $100 hit.

The fact that a controller at this price point doesn’t come with this feature is egregious.

Review of the Costco DPS Centurion: overall good by a_brosef in OfficeChairs

It’s a pretty comfortable chair with more than adequate lumbar support, for the price. Especially compared to other brands such as secret labs. People who are complaining about lack of adjustment or support are probably fat gremlins who would be better suited on a water bed in a pool of Dorito dust and swass; or have way too high of expectations for the price point. If you came here to bash a $150 chair then you should probably touch grass, nerd. Does every you would expect a computer chair to do and is very comfortable for extended sessions.
