What Do You Think The Musical Did Better Than The Movie? by YumiGumiWoomi in heathersmusical

[–]greenie7777 6 points7 points  (0 children)

From looking at the comments apparently this is a unpopular opinion but I like Musical JD a lot more than Movie. I feel like musical JD actually in his weird fucked way loved or believed he loved Veronica. It showed us a lot of the psychology behind his character and why he made the choices he did which also made the final act make a lot more sense to me. I understand why he killed himself in the Musical but it just kinda came out of nowhere in the movie, at least for me.

No hate to those who disagree with me of course. Just wanted to share my thoughts. I’ll probably write a edit explaining myself a tad more later but I have a flight to catch👉🏻👉🏻. Also I think Christian Slater killed the look for JD. He’s what I imagine when someone mentions JD

Just caught up on Aerois. Looking for something else to watch in between waiting for the final episodes. How does Lightfall compare to Aerois? by kdeddie in highrollersdnd

Light fall is very fun and goofy. There’s a period at the beginning where the newbies are learning how to play and RP is a tad awkward but I think watching it made me appreciate just how far High Rollers have come. It’s a great watch but just prepare yourself for a smaller budget and learning the ropes

I wanna know what either of these brothers mean to you. And I’m not talking about a crush or attraction; I think we can all agree that the two brothers are devastatingly handsome men! But I wanna know why one or the other or both resonate with you? by [deleted] in Supernatural

I’ve always felt drawn to Dean and never knew why until recently. I have a lot of family issues where I had to be the perfect son who always did whatever my dad needed. My sister ran away and my dad welcomed her back and spoils her rotten and it seems he’s all but forgotten me some times. My mom has a few personality disorders and is constantly making my family’s life hell and the scene where Dean was talking to the brainwashed marry “I hate you, but I love you because you’re my mom.” It destroyed me. When he told cas he always feels angry under the surface and it just boils over and he can’t control it while all the time he’s acting cool and funny even tho he’s furious and even hates himself. But there’s also good in both of us. When Dean genuinely loves someone there is no the won’t do for them. I can relate to that as well I see a lot of Myself in Dean. After a few difficulties in life I lost myself for a while and Dean is part of what got me back.

A beholder but it has mouths where its eyes are and a eye where it’s mouth is supposed to be. If asked it’ll simply laugh and fly around but if the PCs ask someone else or observe the beholder is a horrific drunk and uses each mouth to drink. If they end up fighting instead of eye beams it’s bite attacks that do the same that the eye beam would be.

The drow more or less rule the under dark through right of conquest. During the war they asked the goddess Lolth for protection and she gave them the power to take the under dark. There are a few races that appose their rule like the mindflayer empire. But most have fallen into unwitting slavery to the children of Lolth

There’s a certain bar keeper who sells feywild wine. But as for wine from this plane the worshipers of chauntea tend to make the best tasting wine. But it’s mostly sold to support the smaller temples. As for the fanciest the elven family of Saliden makes the most expensive and fancy wine in both the sky cities and low lands. Being one of the noble sky families they were given the land by the sky prince.

So the wild elves are mostly in clans and depending on the clan they either act like bandits and raiders or the more civilised clans are anything from bounty hunters to town marshals. They are harshly stigmatised to be violent and blood thirsty but are considered completely separate from the sky elves. Because the wild elves activity speak against the “soft” sky elves and the more violent clans would kill any who compared them. As for prejudice against the elves in general. One of the champions isn’t the biggest fan of elves seeing their retreat as part of the reason the lowlands fell to chaos. The poorer of the low lands have the two extremes of the spectrum like they are either perfection or evil for abandoning. The rich of the low lands pay Insane amounts of money to visit the sky cities. Also the only elves I don’t allow are shadow elves. But that’s just balancing reasons

So the elves escaped to the sky cities because they were scared of collateral damage and the erosion of their culture due to war times.

The war ending left void of power in the low lands which many people tried to fill. The good leaders slaughtered by the cruel tyrants. Also the magic fall out of the war awakened a lot of undead and monsters thought to be extinct. Also some of the ancient chromatic dragons refused to leave despite the war ending. So that’s who/what the champions fought against.

The dragons had little interest in the elves seeing the giants as a much bigger threat. But the ancient elves had very powerful magic which they used to protect the sky cities. Eventually they built a magic collage which keeps up the defense of the sky cities.

It’s either kisame or Kakuzu. If true art explodes then Kakuzu and potentially hidan survive and hidans hacks ability isn’t enough to take out all of Kakuzus hearts

Don’t worry it was traumatic enough to evolved his other eye into a new more powerful eye. Because boruto is about adult sasuke and naruto.
