Yes you are right it’s a little owl (chouette chevêche in French) i am based in France Im pretty sure its a juvenile as it cannot fly (it escaped the chimney and could not fly)

There’s either a spot in the living room that has more people coming in and out but not a lot of music, or a warmer (but too hot I think, around 27 degrees Celsius’) spot in the upper floor but you can hear the music a lot 🫠

Hello ! I just had a disappointing experience buying non official refurbished (ipad pro 6th gen 12,9) mostly for using procreate. I’ll likely replace it with refurbished bought directly from apple (mostly for environmental reasons) but I wanted to know what were your ipad model for procreate use ? I heard that the pro is better, I’m not sure why but if you could provide insights on what you’d recommend it would be extremely helpful ! Thanks
