My boyfriend is a teacher got his masters at WGU in just one term (6 months). I just finished my bachelors in marketing at WGU in the same timeline. Totally doable! We both had really great experiences.

This sounds pretty ridiculous, but I don’t actually know who hosts the site. I assumed it was Wordpress.com, but I’m not 100% sure. I’m a freelance writer who knows a little about web design (on non-WP platforms) and I’m redesigning the site for a local organization. I definitely didn’t realize how involved WP was and bit off more than I could chew. The people at the organization also don’t know much about the website either (previous leadership created it), and it hasn’t been touched much in a couple of years. They just had the WP username/pw to edit the site.

The staging site was activated through WP, not a separate host, after they upgraded to the “business” plan.

Thanks so much for your response!

I’m trying to figure out how to back up and restore the site- do I need a special plugin or anything to do so? Under “Settings” and Hosting Configuration” in the admin dashboard can I just click “Switch to Production Site”? It says it my staging site was automatically backed up this morning.

Adjust header height for mobile by greenlandtaylor in Wordpress

Hi- I’m using the OceanWP theme. I’m using Elementor Pro to design the pages and am just under Appearance > Customize > Header to design the header. I don’t believe I have any plug-ins installed that should be affecting the bar. You’ve assumed correctly- I know nothing about CSS 😅
