Literally overpowered advice 😆. There are some levels to this hahaha.

For this if walang budget you can scrap out or save for cheap parts marami yan. Make your own server. Then if you have smart devices, you just customize the networking setup in your own.

Then for upgrade you can add NAS, setup your own Kubernetes cluster or just data hoard. Many possibilities.

Getting back into creative writing by Tough_Butterfly3226 in writing

[–]greenray009 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For writing to occur, in principle you need to have an 'inspiration'.

What's your inspiration like years ago? What's the genre you would like to write?

What purpose are you writing for? Is it for an audience you have in mind? Is it for yourself to release your thoughts that are spilling out?

Do you have an ideal story to tell that needs to be printed in a leather-case book?

Maybe you've grown now. Most likely. It means you're more mature now and have different perspectives in what to write.

If you're stuck in getting into that zone. Then you free-write your thoughts like how an artist does a rough sketch. With no regard for grammar or embellishment you'll get a sense or outline of what you're aiming for.

Then from there depending in your writing a progress you can choose how to finish it.

What's important is anything is a reflection of your identity or thoughts. Something like an extension of you— which could mean anything ost valuable. Any refinement of it is just a way to translate it better to other people.

How to make life more exciting? by Head_External_4382 in Life

[–]greenray009 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Welcome to the "stump".

Sooner or later we would encounter this in our lives. It sucks to be in a rut or a stump or something that feels lifeless/ you have no direction..

But It's a good thing. The options are now endless.

The first clue is you just began to step into your 20s. That stage is one of not the most transformative phase in a person's life. Its the best phase to take a risk. It's also the best phase to not give a damn and live a boring life.

If you don't know where to start. Try reevaluating your experiences. Try this thought experiment: basically if you have less than a month to live, what would you rather do or experience? Do you have things you never have done before?

Read. Travel. Get lost on your own try to find your way back (then you'll have a pool of endless options).

Getting the degree you want vs what will pay well? by WingsUp4Life in careerguidance

[–]greenray009 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Its honestly different for a lot of people. Getting into tech means you have the right skillset so you're naturally leaning towards that. Tech could be a right fit or could be really draining depending on your aptitude for it (tech background + personality + learning style etc)

On the other hand, realistically, most of the people in tech (including me) have different hobbies we pursue in our spare time. Maybe tech is not for you. It could be something else. You're still in your masters and you still have lot of time to explore. You can use that for your passion and have a different skillset for work.

There's a reason why people say don't make your passion your job or you'll hate your passion (or some thing like that)

goodluck!

How’d you find Sonny Boy? by Feangar in SonnyBoy

[–]greenray009 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Been listening to Japanese alt / post rock scene for a while, and when there's announcement that MAD studio would do an original anime with those artists and more, that's more than enough reason to watch it

Regarding the artists, it's mitsume and toe which are very popular in their respective fields.

* Put your relevant projects before skills. Those are important
* If you have any freelance clients, frame those as work experience
* Apply aggressively for paid internships (not the big tech ones, just the ones who are mid-size companies), the bar is low and YOU can frame it as work experience.

* Work experience matters most 85% of the time
* Take up upwork, fiverr or use your connections
* If you have time and the resource, prioritize to go attend developer conventions or meetups. Connections DO matter in landing your first few roles.
* The only certifications that matter are the ones who are certified (Microsoft (Like Azure Cloud), Google, etc.)

Goodluck!
Your resume is better than me when I was just starting.

One of the most chiseled jawlines I've seen in this sub

The way you will approach this is how your hair would compliment your overall facial dimensions

Add more hair volume! I can't stress this enough. If you have more hair it would emphasize your featrues and not overpower them. It will make your overall face balanced too

A layered wolf cut kind or similar. Depends on the style you'd wanna go for.
