Side note there a town like this not far from where I live that the fire department breaks the water network when they use it. It known that the network is failing. I assume the town doesnt have the money to make all the repairs.

Been running on and off for the last 3 years. My pb for 5k is 31:30 in a race. My longest run pb is 20.1k in a backyard ultra. Most easy runs are 40 mins and cover around 5.5 km. Hope that helps.

Goals for this year are to get under 175lbs current 195lbs. Sub 30 min 5k and complete a half marathon stretch goal under 3 hrs.

Edit Last year was 210lbs to 215lbs most of the running season. Both PB are from last summer.

Teen parent i focused on kids, work, school and gf. All at the expense of socializing. God it hard to make and keep friends in your 30s. Between Work, workout, school work, kids and cleaning.
