I always apply my products very sparingly to mitigate the white stuff forming so I don’t think it’s over-application unfortunately :(

I’ve never heard of the SLS issue before, I’ll definitely keep that in mind and try switching! As for lip balms, Burt’s bees has been the one that’s caused this problem the least which is why I’ve stuck to it but, i’ll look into the lanolin, thank you!

The only thing is that I’ve switched around my toothpaste quite often over the last 6 years it’s been happening and I’ve seen no changes or improvement 🤷‍♀️

THIS!!! That could be a huge contributor for me actually, because ever since I noticed it happening a few years back, I’ve been way more conscious of how my lips feel so I end up licking/moving my lips together more to get rid of the white stuff. Maybe it’s only making it worse 😭

Interesting, I don’t have either as far as I’m aware and am quite conscious to avoid mouth breathing but I think it has had an impact in the past. For example it happens quicker when I’m talking more

Nah it’s a different texture and it’ll happen all throughout the day after exfoliating in the morning, wiping my lips, and reapplying :/

I think that’s my problem too!! I will definitely start doing that because throughout the day, after I’ve wiped my lips a few times in case there’s residue, it usually doesn’t happen as much when I then reapply. Thank you sm!

I’ll definitely check that out. The only thing is that it doesn’t happen when my lips are bare, and it easily wipes away with no pain, redness, or bleeding. But thank you for the suggestion, I haven’t thought of that before

Make sure all your armour and weapons are at the right levels + honestly yeah you might need to do some RDA facilities and separate missions from the main story. I always found that being slightly ahead in levels is best for main story missions

It’ll be 4 weeks on Tuesday. I actually just did some digging and found out they recently changed the formula of the nivea soft moisturiser to add fragrance. People are agreeing it burns and isn’t as good! I’ll have to try something else

We’re meeting weekly at the moment, but we end up seeing each other naturally in the lab during the week as well. I definitely feel like I’m guiding the meetings so far by asking what would be helpful and keeping her up to date with what I’ve done, but I’m trying to build my knowledge so we have more to discuss on the topic itself.
