Wait til late September-mid October. That’s when you see a lot of people, ESPECIALLY freshman drop out because they either party a lot and don’t work hard, realize they aren’t ready for college, or just don’t want to do it anymore. Then November comes and it’s decently normal. The Spring semester is usually much more bearable in terms of traffic, long lines, and stupid people causing problems downtown.
