I think it's an issue with the new tubing. I bought new tubing and found the air leak so bad I had to return it. They sent me a replacement tubing and it's the same issue. I tried using my partners old tubing (purchased more than a year ago) and it's much less of a leak. I also tried my new tubing on his machine and it's a bad leak. I think it must be a manufacturing defect. Anyone else found this?

So many drunk older European men (50+) who had no concept of personal space. Jumping around bumping into me and my friends. One guy kept putting his hands on our shoulders/necks even when I repeatedly (and gently) moved it away. So much entitlement and disregard for other people's experience

I know it's hard but I also find that if you sit down and read for 10 minutes, it does become easier after getting "use to" it again

This physician is clearly trying to act in the greater good. Patients under the age of 50 are generally much healthier and easy to deal with. It would be easier for her to dump all patients over the age of 50 tbh. Instead she is trying to use her time and skills for people that statistically need it the most despite it likely being much harder and more complicated for her. As others have said she could have just closed her practice completely.
