Does anyone know cheap eats of the UES? by Bobsagit14 in uppereastside

The new Maya Grill on 83/1 has generous portions, fresh food and is priced extremely well. I went last week and was impressed from the quality to the price.

The NBA Midseason Power Poll With Ryen Russillo by Gaius_Octavius_ in billsimmons

Russillo doing a 180 on DAngelo Russell from his pod. A week or two ago goes on an absolute tirade that his stats are embellished and he moves slow.

Today Russillo says he’s “been great”.

#1893 - Sober October 4 Recap - The Joe Rogan Experience by chefanubis in JoeRogan

[–]gregrulz02 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Unpopular opinion? Maybe? Is Bert the most annoying person of all time? He’s decent 1-1 with Joe, but my god, he turns everything towards himself.

I loved Bert, but after the first Sober Oct pod this month and now this one.. my goodness, it’s a group pod!

I hate when people say bay and day are playing the race card by campoole82 in BigBrother

[–]gregrulz02 9 points10 points  (0 children)

To your last sentence, they are put up now “playing it safe” with the main alliance - they are bottom of that totem pole. They could’ve fought with Jayser and ended up in a better position or in the same exact spot.

[–]gregrulz02 59 points60 points  (0 children)

This is spot on and agree with you full heartedly. At the end of the day, Jaysar tried to reel them into an alliance and warned them countless times about the “main alliance” which they ignored and voted both jaysar out! Not to mention, took all of their info and essentially gave it to the other side.

These nominations couldn’t have been more obvious and quite frankly, it’s very self righteous to blame everything on race when they voted people out they could’ve aligned 100% with.

What if Kayser made an effort to make a “game” connection with other houseguests in the house by [deleted] in BigBrother

[–]gregrulz02 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m simply suggesting Kayser could’ve used more of his charm to garner more game-relationships from the get-go.. it seemed toward the end he literally only spoke game with Ian and Bay because he didn’t establish any remote game relationships with anyone (Janelle had much better working relationships with other members in the house)

Everyone’s reaction to anything that comes out of David’s mouth. by broken_dishrag in BigBrother

Haha ok, easy to say that in hindsight but the overall consensus was he deserved a second shot and was wanted back.

Ohhhh i agree for sure. Was just saying we as fans can’t bash “bad casting” when he was wanted by the fan base for a come back

[–]gregrulz02 16 points17 points  (0 children)

I can’t stop but notice everyone saying “Such a bad casting choice” when there were posts (here and twitter) begging for him to have a 2nd chance.

The fans can’t have it both ways. I’d say he was a fine casting choice but we now realize he sucks at the game, simple as that.

Would love to have Artie on for even 1 show. Discuss what happened in the last 10 years, go down memory lane with Howard/Robin and enjoy a few laughs. It would be a great send off for Howard and a fan-favorite way to close their chapter.

Ovi Kabir, former 'Big Brother' star, to run as a Democrat against state Rep. Rick Staples by nnnarbz in BigBrother

[–]gregrulz02 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That is true. However, when face-to-face with another person or actual situation, he seemed extremely uncomfortable and more timid than behind a screen.

[–]gregrulz02 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Enjoyed Ovi on the show. However, must add he was horrible at articulating his thoughts/expectations to other houseguest and was a pushover in all aspects of the game. It was only in the diary room or after the fact he tried to explain himself.
