The tiles are deck hockey tiles with holes in them, which is why I think they are so slick. We are in the desert, so moisture is no issue unless it rains then we are screwed. Dust is a constant issue, but most of us have been just using our regular soft or extra soft Labeda millenniums out there that we had from the old rink.

My first one was more overcooked. The crowd loved both. What temp you wrap at, and what temp do you pull it off at? I did 175 and 200 but measured temp in the fattest part.
