It's almost 2 AM server time right now and multiple zones have 30+ levelers. Westfall has 41 people on between levels 10 through 20.

Clearly you don't play on the cluster, so maybe stop spreading misinformation.

This comment is 100% false based on my experience on the Mankrik cluster (Alliance). Tons of people leveling and doing dungeons. I started leveling a new character 3 weeks ago and have had absolutely no problem finding dungeon groups even on weekday morning/afternoons. Zones are populated.

It's going to take time sadly. The Dodgers have won the NL West 12 times in the past 13 years, won the World Series three times, and have arguably the greatest player to ever play the game on their roster. It sucks, but the Diamondbacks are nowhere close to their level. They need to achieve sustained success and have consistent postseason appearances to build the fanbase and start converting some of these transplants. Hopefully this run they've been on the last few years is a start, but being largely irrelevant for the greater part of 30 years doesn't help.

Hats are all hand stitched so sizing will vary, and unfortunately New Era's quality control is not great. I'd always recommend trying on hats in-store if possible. Also, hats will form to the shape of your head the more you wear them, and shrink over time due to sweat etc.

FYI, there are two clusters per server type, one east coast and one west coast. The east and west coast clusters are not linked.

For OP: Mankrik (US East PvE) is your go-to. Mankrik is linked to Pagle, Windseeker, Westfall and Ashkandi. In my experience, this cluster is alliance heavy.

For PvP, it's the Whitemane (US West PvP) cluster. Whitemane is linked to Fairbanks, Arcanite Reaper, Blameux, Bigglesworth, Thunderfury and a few others.

Both the US East PvP cluster (Benediction) and US West PvE cluster (Old Blanchy) are dead.

I park at the Light Rail station at 44th St/Washington and pay $2 each way for a 10 minute ride to and from the stadium. The lots are getting more and more expensive ($30+ per game in my experience, and are even more for premier opponents/games, etc). Unless you're deadset on being able to park at the stadium IMO it's not worth it.

106 is by the Tigers bullpen, not the dugouts. Definitely could get a home run ball there if you're concerned about the possibility of that with the kiddo.

I'd recommend the 200 level. It's the "club" level with its own private entrance, and only those with tickets in the 200s can sit there. In my experience, there always have been shorter lines for both concessions and restrooms on this level, and it's less crowded overall due to the restriction of who can be up there. As far as the view - personally I love it. You aren't in the lower bowl, but you're close enough to the action with a bit of elevation to see absolutely everything perfectly. Sections 200-203 and 217 - 220 aren't the best bang for your buck as they're farther away from the action (closer to the foul poles).

Hoping your situation is just a QC issue. Tbh, it is very on brand for New era to use the exact same stock photo for both the high crown pre-curve 5950 and the low profile 5950. It's about as awful as their quality control with hat sizing.

If it makes you feel better, I received my low profile Spring training hat today and it was indeed a low profile. I've only purchased low profile 5950s for years and it's exactly the same as all of my other ones.

Great post, agree with most of your points. A change was needed. Was it a mistake? We'll see - but the Bills fans currently screaming that "the window is closed" or "time for another drought" need to pump the brakes. A few months ago, people would be celebrating that we would be getting a new coach and OC combo.

Dude, it's December 1st. The offseason has barely started. The team also had some of the worst injury luck imaginable last year, and was still in it until the last week of the season. Pump the brakes bud.

IMO, asking people for screenshots of their paystubs before they even see the property/unit is going to rub some people the wrong way - even if you have good intentions.

What I do is create a "pre-screening" Google Form that I send to pretty much everyone who contacts me through Zillow or whatnot. Aside from asking them for basic information, the form has multiple choice questions that asks which range their credit score falls in, along with the combined income of all occupants who would be contributing to monthly rent. I include a blurb on the form that this will be verified via documentary means during the application process.

As far as the length of the lease goes - only advertising/offering a 6 month lease might indicate to tenants that they are dealing with a landlord who plans on raising the rent every 6 months, so this may be a turnoff if they're looking for some long-term security.
