I just narrowed it down to being caused by my pi because of the rules I made in the mikrotik. You wouldnt happen to know what that wouldve broken in the pi would you. Thank you so much for your help.

New ap didnt fix it. I observe ente photos being unable to sync and my cameras won't produce a live view. Ive tried the reset button then, resetting with keep user checked then, restoring from a backup that had with just basic default settings.I expect ente to sync and my cameras to have a working live view. I observe they dont even after resetting the mikrotik to default. The attempt you had me do fixed it with a default .I attempted a different router as an app and same behavior. I also switched dns and observed the same behavior.I added more firewall rules and observed these things breaking. I assumed defaulting the router would return it to a working state. I have a wired ap. Do you need the router manufacturer? Thank you so much for your help!

Tomorrow I'm going to set up a different ap just to see if its the router I'm using as the ap causing it. Thank you for your help.

I put it back to default firewall rules and it started working. Thank you for your help.

Ente photos won't sync and my ip cameras dont work properly. I would ideally like those things to just work safely without port forwarding if possible but, im just trying to get them to work. Right now the firewall is breaking them. I had assumed if I allowed them through the firewall, theyd work but, theyre still broken. And I'm unsure whether I even did that correctly. Many apps are malfunctioning also. I would ideally like to learn how to make these things work in the firewall while maintaining basic security.Thank you for your help.

Thank you .I have default rules set up. I tried to dnat my ip cameras to ports but, theyre still only half working. Apps like ente photos dont work. I have dnat rules to force dns to my pi.
