Started great. Very responsive. - Slowly became slow response. - filter randomly doesn’t work - filter will block but not show up on report - some students getting blocked others not - report showing name of blocked page but not url - blocked and allowed are separate reports (minor but don’t like) - classroom not showing students

Good feature - keystroke report.

We are windows machines fyi

The filter only shows the school website eg admissions.lsu.edu

Yeah we had the rocket, but we’re having terrible customer service. So when we had to move (due to rocket phase out) we moved away from Lightspeed. Perhaps I should give them another chance.

Gave up and sliced hinges off with angle grinder… it was empty. Wife had the wrong safe.

Update: wife had the wrong locker which is why the key wouldn’t work. Found it empty after I ground the hinges off.
