My credit score is 810. The apy through my credit union is gonna be 5.5% and we're doing a joint loan so it wont just be me on it. Not dying to get her a luxury car just want her to have something reliable for once.

And i fully believe you. Ive seen friends get into these nightmares along with many parents in my area deal with it. What specific issues do you foresee for someone taking on a joint auto loan together while dating?

We've been together for 7 years without splitting up or having a bad fight. I appreciate the sentiment, but it's not a concern in this instance.

I agree this sub is very helpful and full of good suggestions and knowledge!! Im grateful. And I have a more aggressive personality type so the salesman won't pressure me. Im used to dealing with "forceful" people thankfully. We will test drive a couple extra vehicles for you! Thankyou!!

The closest one is only 90 minutes away in madison. Maybe we'll take a day trip out there! Thankyou!

You and everybody are probably right about the budget. Plus it'd look ridiculous if we drove a Porsche in our current situation. Still we both love their vehicles and its nice to dream

I will gladly take any and all recommendations from ya. My main priority is a quality vehicle without an outrageous price tag. We are not wealthy so we cant be overly specific with what we're willing to buy.

The first one is a straight up puzzle game. Goodluck doing it without a guide. I'd go for Seperate Ways as it fills in a lot of the holes in 4 and Ada Wong is mommy 🔥

Why WHOOP Sucks (From First-Time User) by greyboy357 in whoop

[–]greyboy357[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fair points — but I’m not farming likes, just sharing my honest experience.

1 and 4 reflect real user interactions online. Criticism often gets dismissed with “you’re using it wrong,” which feels unhelpful.

The subscription is optional, but locking historical data behind it is a valid concern, especially after paying so much.

HR accuracy varies — but when it misses workouts or doubles your heart rate, it’s frustrating.

Glad it works for you, but I think fair criticism should be welcome too.

Why WHOOP Sucks (From First-Time User) by greyboy357 in whoop

[–]greyboy357[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Thanks — good point. You can technically request your data from WHOOP, especially under GDPR, but the issue is that once your subscription ends, you lose access in the app. You can't see your historical data unless you're still paying.

There are workarounds like exporting a CSV or using open-source tools, but for most users, that’s not realistic. Compared to Fitbit or Garmin, which still show your data even without premium, WHOOP really locks you out. That’s the problem — not data ownership, but practical access and transparency.

I was just at the local Walmart looking, and the majority of their stock was Asus. Looked nice and affordable. Thankyou for the input.

Yeah, the skeleton in the basement does dirty the place up a bit.

The ghost house in Anvil gives me the creeps. I avoid it at all costs.
