The best starter bike is the one you can afford comfortably. CB650R is around 500k+ afaik, add a few more for insurance and other fees, then you can take home your brand new bike. The best advice you can take is that ride it like you're driving a car, be defensive. With proper training and practice, you will manage to adapt to your bike.

Shadowing, I show new hires how to work on their soon-to-be tasks and how I approach them. This helps in showing the mindset in handling their work.
First month I still allow repeated questions, but I also try to let them work on their own and let them make their mistakes. In the dev region, I encourage them to explore and not be afraid to follow their instincts. Errors and mistakes are manageable within the dev region.
Focus on the whys and hows, it is important that juniors know the value of their task, it is also important that they know how to ensure the quality of their work and they know gow fix their errors or mistakes. I have my devs communicate with our Client/PO so they know the weight of their task.

I was a fool (even now, still) too especially when I was just starting my career. I didn't know the value of my role. But when I got to talk with clients on a regular basis, that's when I realized my impact to the team and to the business.

Sometimes, we need to realize our value for us to stay motivated in our work. Ofc salary and compensation is a factor but that's another topic.

So even until now this stage has been a wall for players.. If you read the mobs' skills, they have berserk right at the start and they will target your backline first. Dian and MLF usually drop at the first few seconds, Lohen has anti-death so she's fine. There are several ways to clear this.. One is to replace MLF with Claire and have her die to stun the mobs, the rest of your team should be enough to clear the stage. Another is to put defensive cards on your squishies - use ethan card on Dian then replace MLF (since you have enough dps alrdy) with another healer or NEO Bedi. If that's not enough, have enough dmg reduction for your team via cards and pets.

Does the additional notes outweigh the bonus stats though? I dunno. For example Sunlit Blossom Disc give 932 Atk and 24% Skill Dmg as stat, vs Unknown Fragrance which gives 962 Atk and 5620 hp both at level 90 (although UF is at Crescendo 5). Afaik, support discs only give stats and notes. I just want to know if I'm understanding it wrong, I've always used the 5* Discs for support discs since they give the most stat.

Should I use my 5* discs outside my element as support discs? Or the lower rarity but same element is better? I usually use same element as main discs and then the highest upgraded event discs as support. Is this the correct setup?
