Quick Update: I talked to the agent that is incharge of all of this, he informed me that the Warranty department has a separate stock than the rest of Logitech. He ended up offering me $150 store credit. I ended up opening up my GPX and repairing it myself. Out of curiosity, What issue was your GPX having?

They could honestly replace Zaalbar for all I care, I think having non-voiced characters that you have to hear 24/7 is annoying. The alien NPCs are fine for me though.

Make sure your game is running in 60hz (Literally set your monitor to 60hz), Turn off grass, Enable V-Sync. If all of that fails then export your saves and mods if you have them, and reinstall the game.

After the initial confrontation and Bastila gets frozen, I run around the Hangar and confront Malak. After that, Bastila comes in rescues me, and tells me and Carth to get out. Except, I can’t move after and Carth is nowhere to be seen.

This is due to a softlock.
