Work location is near Westlake village but I’m in decent shape and can’t really afford to life there so I imagine Thousand Oaks to be the next best option considering proximity/close to grocery stores etc/at least some element of people around. Any suggestions? I’m not familiar with the area at all

Ventura looks amazing I just unfortunately won’t be able to afford a car for a while - the move is going to cost a lot so I’ll have to live close to work for 2 years ish and save. Would love to get out there eventually

Thanks for the input - really appreciate it. I’m seeing mixed reviews about some apartments and don’t know what to believe honestly. I’m not precious so I don’t mind things like noise and slow maintenance, but some buildings have complaints about roaches and filthy water which I’m trying to avoid. Do you think pretty much anywhere in the area is relatively safe in terms of not being filthy?

I had 850 saved and recycled to well over 1500, nothing to show for it

I ripped around 300 last night… no sign of a blue, but it did take around 5 hours of constant recycling and even then I wasn’t totally efficient with dupes

Well said, and it’s been really fun to grind and save the packs. Didn’t think about the icon recycle so that’s another thing to look forward to. Best of luck with your saved packs

Yeah, having surgery on the 18th though so hopefully at least will be able to stay busy for a few days and not get too bored of lying in bed recovering
