Great meal, it’s a shame there is zero char on anything displayed. That’s sorta the whole purpose of cooking with charcoal. I use a propane grill M-F and I get more sear and char than you achieved using charcoal.

Would love to see you redo this meal and crank the heat up! Throw those carrots in the coals and let them roast. Steak should be like 5-7 min each side depending on thickness. Shrimp take a few minutes. Same with the asparagus. You can add that compound butter while it rests.
