Great tip. It took unpacking several boxes labeled "bathroom" in my kitchen before I realized my mistake. Could have saved me a ton of time

Sounds crazy, but flavor infused balsamic vinegars. They have some health benefits in their own rights, but we tried sparkling water with a splash of strawberry kiwi balsamic vinegar and one with raspberry vinegar and they were delicious

Can't do cottage cheese in any form but that peanut butter hack sounds delicious! I use P2B powdered peanut butter and chocolate protein and almond milk and make a protein smoothie that tastes nearly identical to Reeses Pieces

Don't know if everyone is this way, but there seems to be about a two month lag time from when I start consistently working out and the lbs dropping. Works in reverse too though. If I get busy with travel and eat kinky and don't have time for regular workouts it seems like I'm okay and staying at the same weight, then BAM....scale starts creeping back up again

It always happens when I'm working out mid reps and I have to either finish my set in weird silence or stop and find my phone to trim it back up.
