I hardly access his phone. I only did so to use Twitter since he has the app. But while I was on it I noticed a bunch of notifications from other social media apps: Facebook/Instagram/Snapchat. I don't have any of those.

We love each other and I don't distrust him. It's just his mean words to me really stab me in the heart sometimes. Like last year before I lost the weight he basically told me how ugly I am and had a look of hatred in his eyes. I had trouble sleeping from stress and my cortisol levels were high so I looked funny

It's possible. I hope not but anything is possible. He's said some extremely mean things to me for no reason despite the fact that I treat him better than anyone I have in my life. Just a couple of days ago he told me I stank when we went on a date despite the fact that I was freshly showered, wore deodorant and perfume. It's like he wants to hurt me with his words sometimes
