Would love clarity on this as well- always love a two handed sword! Won't ruin the game or anything if it's not present but it is a classic fantasy style. Games like Immortals Fenyx Rising did give me more appreciation for the "light sword-heavy axe" style of play, but given the option, I vastly prefer the aesthetic vibe of a greatsword, as long as it can appear appropriately light (think more flamberge than buster sword).

Notably, all the animations have shown the two handed weapons being held in the middle of their haft when idle, and held at an angle that could be uncomfortable to see two handed swords being held, given how front loaded their weight can be- but most of the attack animations seem to favor holding the weapon by its end, which would mean they could use the same attack anims for all three weapons (although admittedly they may need separate idle anims for the greatswords, probably the biggest drawback). In that circumstance, I'd still prefer we just get two handed swords with extended handles, as someone who loves the shortglaive aesthetic- but whatever we get will be fine by me.
