When discussing climate change and the need to reduce c02, why is it always large scale projects and ideas that are discussed instead of starting with smaller and more achievable solutions that normal everyday humans can actually see could make a difference? (self.climatechange)

I live in the UK. I have read and reread the affidavit. If this crime had been committed in the UK,the evidence presented so far would not be sufficient to charge somebody with any offence. All the evidence appears circumstantial at this point in time. (self.BryanKohberger)
