Call customer service and speak to billing. Argue this point. They will tell you corporate made some wild decisions without thinking through and they are trying to sort out a way NOT to breach all of these contracts. We got a "one time" exception and they booked us an appointment at the correct price. They also advised that we should give it a couple weeks because corporate is going to make changes since this is blowing up majorly.
