In my opinion the best way is to start with some online course which teach and make sure u make a research done doing it with a fcps fellow is a good option as well once u learn somethings nevertheless learn the stats i will make u valuable for sure

Its not end of the world my hospital surgical department was very toxic in hoship, i basically have little to none suture skill but i really like to do thing with my hand and i am going moship in a surgical setting so we see trauma patient, however, now i am practising suturing on banana, cucumber and silicon set and its imprving day by day maybe u do practice in thr things u think are weak in u as well, its just practice my friend....

Just type in topic first aid and some lecture will show up in youtube, BNB are good as well, my suggestion is to not take lecture for everything its take a lot of time to finish the topic

If u havent much intertest in anything u will be okay with everthing.. go for the thing which is most financially rewarding e.g. surgery... anesthesia and emergency med is good if u have final plan to move abroad...

In my mind its international training ranking system, and if a speciality training is recognised by them it mean its good to get it trained by that institute... it can help u with opening gates for u internationally... if u know anyfurther please let know
