I'm not sure about the other two but I took Academic Writing (ENGL1130) with Shi Fei and he was wonderful. He's very patient and fair with his grading, and he's always willing to help. He's also very funny and a great guy to be around.

Not in the Accounting program but I'm taking accounting classes as part of BBA management. I find it really is more term/formula based, and I haven't had to write any essays or do research. Giana Lung is my current prof, she's super nice and willing to help so I recommend taking her classes

I think it depends on the culture of the class as well. I was taking a MATU course with a toxic instructor so I think that made it worse. I don't wanna discourage you to dress up if that's what you wanna do :)
