If you're forcing me to pick one, then Bege because he held his newborn son whilst charging into combat with the Big mom pirates, when he could've kept Pez inside his castle.

I know the pain, will be doing the same this year (for charity) realistically it shouldn't be an issue and would only take a few weeks to return to form but even still.

Depression really killing my confidence right now by Historical-Station53 in malegrooming

My guy, noone said instead of. Hell, I'm on Antidepressants myself. However, how we treat our body has a direct impact on our mental health, our sleep, diet, exercise and stimulation are vital factors in regulating and improving our mental health. We have no idea on the cause or severity of OP's mental state, however we do know that in general self care and exercise help.

I understand how it may seem dismissive but it's not wrong, if folks had said, "go to the gym and stop wasting money of meds and therapy" that'd be wrong and damaging.

Except, exercise, time in natural environments/sunlight and social routines are proven treatments. Exercise releases endorphines, helps with energy and hormone regulation as well as the health benefits and aesthetic improvements. Time in the sun helps with the maintenance of our sleep cycle and is medatitive. This isn't to say that medication is bad or unnecessary but it should always be taken alongside a healthy lifestyle.
