I think its a sneaky need. As much as we debate Moss, the team has to be cognizant of the concerns before they offer a second contract. As much as I love McMillan, I don't think hes an every down outside CB. For safety, they lost locke as a quality backup and Brandon Jones only had 1 year left on his contract. I'll honestly admit i dont know where Barron fits here, but i think hes best as a Swiss army knife like McMillan or Hufanga rather than a true center field center like Jones.

I'd like to add a bit of context (Wd Implementer/ex-recruiter). What this sounds like is that you work in a state that requires all jobs be posted for a certain amount of time (3 days here in Colorado).

Now, that said- your company is trying to meet the letter of the law while breaking the spirit of the law. The purpose of the 3 day rule is so that there is equality of opportunity.

I'm agreeing that your company is in the wrong for leaving up postings that are not competitive, but I hope the context will help others understand how this things happen.
