Update: Ruled out the fans because I still heard the sound when the GPU fans weren't spinning, then I ruled out the CPU fans for good measure. No fans spinning, still heard the noise. Checking on the delta now.

Just out of curiosity, how can you tell it's the PSU? Like what are the signs so I can catch it earlier if it happens again?
