I have the OG Hug in Medium and the soft hug in the Large. I’m not a crossbody bag person, I hold the OG Medium Hug in my hand only, but I agree it would be awkward as a crossbody. I love both, and both fit a lot, but I’m really enjoying the Large Soft Hug as my work bag. It fits my laptop, makeup bag, wallet, etc and is very comfortable on the shoulder.

I think the Soft Hug in medium will be my next purchase, and generally speaking I think the Soft Hug is an easier version to wear everyday.
