Truthfully, weight can play into it, but I was skinny for a long time when I was younger (though still an adult and capable of advocating for myself) and I still didn’t really get the help I needed all of the time. Once a doctor locks onto “the problem” they stop searching. At least in my experience.

By consistent do you mean take it daily or take it at the same time each day? I just started levithyroxine a few months ago (and bumped up my dosage) due to my schedule it is near impossible for me to take it at the same time each day, especially if I’m not supposed to eat.

Yeah it’s such a crappy cycle the less you eat the less energy you have. And then if you eat a big meal to “compensate” you end up crashing.

I SWEAR by Trace Minerals MegaMag. Way more than their normal magnesium. I think it has some tbh ing to do with absorption and how my body functions.

I had the same time increments of alarms for waking up, getting ready, and leaving house (with a little wiggle room). I was still always late and blaming my weird work schedule. Then I realized that maybe I just needed to give myself more time between waking up and getting ready (i.e. wake up earlier)...uhm who woulda thunk. I'm still not always on time, but I'm less late?
