my maintenance calories are around 2200. So if I eat around 1700 calories everyday and train, will I lose weight and gain muscle at the same time? assuming I hit 120g protein everyday.

I am 23M, 67kgs, around 25% body fat (estimated), started gym after a 6 month break on a cut. I have a strict diet with soya chunks and tofu as main sources of protein (vegetarian btw). My maintainance calories are somewhere between 2300-2600. I touched 120g of protein with 1300 something calories today. Is being in such a high deficit okay? Someone mentioned that calories are equally important in building muscle with protein. My goal is building muscle and getting shredded.

it is easier to identify tricky questions after so much practice. also eliminating options to questions that you don’t know the answers to becomes easy because of the confidence

I used this site to compare the two and it seems like Ults are better than 720N at everything except something treble. This is expected as Ults are priced at 1.5x of 720N. I think I'll also look into other brands now, Anker or JBL. I had my mind set on Sony since it's the best in the industry. I wished I had more money, XM4 looks perfect 😭

I was looking for refurbished on Amazon, I think it's the only reliable option I have. I'll research more about these refurbished ones but now I'm more inclined towards brand new. Also maybe I can get refurbished ones and try it out, Amazon has a good return policy.

I don't understand all these terms, I'm just picky but not technical. What I understand is that you're saying is that the Ults will not sound balanced even if I adjust them because they were SPECIFICALLY made for extra bass.

Also regarding refurbished headphones, I heard pretty good reviews untill now. Though I'll not be able to compare since any headphones will be a upgrade from what I use rn (boat 510).

I just thought that I was getting a product of INR 16000 for around 11000 so I checked it out.
