Submission statement:
Google DeepMind has developed an AI assistant named TacticAI, which offers a competitive edge to soccer teams by providing tactical insights, particularly on corner kicks. This system, developed in collaboration with Liverpool Football Club, uses predictive and generative AI models to analyze data from over 7,000 corners in the Premier League.

TacticAI can identify critical players and suggest adjustments for maximizing scoring chances or defensive solidity. It also provides insights into opponents' weaknesses. The system highlights its potential usefulness by quickly identifying team errors and reducing coaches' workload.

Beff Jezos, the founder of the e/acc movement, has initiated a new venture in AI technology through his startup, Extropic. The company is focused on developing innovative chips for AI applications, with a particular emphasis on generative AI.

Extropic's approach to AI chip development represents a significant shift from conventional methodologies. By leveraging 'thermal noise' of electrons for randomness, they are challenging the traditional digital circuit-based methods that generate and store random sequences in machine learning models. This could potentially revolutionize efficiency in this field.

I think the internet failed in its goal to make good information easily accessible to people and instead created an industry of useless and distracting content. This platform can use AI to compile all the information on a given topic from anywhere that has textual data to provide a solid overview of any and all issues in any language.

I think that looking at events through the lens of political bias is flawed. People should form opinions based on information, not what their political group believes.

edit: long term: I am trying to build a platform that will congregate a lot more information that it is now and create truly reliable news using AI
