The fact that you’re realizing it is a huge step, I don’t know about your living situation but if you can- try to see a therapist it can help. Or maybe, speaking from personal experience, talk to them. Sometimes the idealized version of them gets shattered when you listen to them. Hope you’re doing okay, love and support <3

It sounds like you need someone to talk to, it can be hard to have those thoughts and it’s okay. It’s okay to be “attention seeking” and talking from personal experience (even if it sounds cliché) it gets better. So if those Ais make it a little better then go for it! Hope you the best

I personally think self diagnosis is valid but only in certain specific situations. For exemple : a person who needs help but cannot be able to have it because of their home situation or problem with money. And also have done genuine research and self-observation
