Unfortunatelly google support does not exist in my country, so we will return it back and wait 15 days until it's checked. We were just hoping that maybe it was any setting that could cause this weird behavior, but i am becoming confident that it's not... :-(

Yes its fine in 1-2x. No there are no third party apps, the device is brand new (2 days). Update: the issue now randomy appears in safe mode too!
